A Temporary Transitional Option For Learning!

Parents and Friends of Star of the Sea School,

I have heard from many families regarding their concerns about the return to school. I am appreciative of all the feedback received. As I have said to many of you who have written, I also wish there were a way for students to learn at home but remain a part of Star of the Sea School.

I am so glad to announce that this will now be possible! The CISVA is now allowing schools to offer a form of “temporary transitional home learning.” The details of this new form of learning are not yet available. What is guaranteed for those who choose it is that your spot at Star of the Sea School will be saved for you when you are ready to return.

A survey will be sent home tomorrow to gauge interest and provide more information.

For those of you who prayed for this to happen, it worked! I am so glad we get to keep you all with us as we work our way back to normal.
