Important Reminders for Parent Volunteers
Please remember to check ON Volunteer regularly as new events and shifts are added once details are confirmed. If, when you log into your family’s account there are no tasks available in the ‘People Needed’ section, it means that there are currently no shifts available to sign up for. Please remember to check regularly. A good habit would be to check every Thursday after reading the newsletter.
A reminder to all volunteers to please ensure they check in / out with the office iPad for every scheduled shift. If you fail to check in / out, you will be considered a “No Show” and will not receive credit for your shift.
If you are unable to fulfill your volunteer shift, please ensure you notify the office so that the shift can be released to other school families.
Gala Class Projects
The Gala Project Coordinator is looking for 16 fun, creative and artistic parents, who want to create memorable classroom projects to be auctioned at this year’s Gala.
What a fun way to earn PPP hours!! You will be required to work as a team of two for a specific grade. Each team will work with the students of both classes to create a memorable piece of artwork to be auctioned off at the gala. Teams will also be required to submit their ideas and the estimated cost associated to the project for approval prior to commencing.
