Healthy Lunches

We have been so focussed on Covid over the last couple of years that some of our other healthy practices of the past have been put aside. As Covid is in its decline, it is important to remind ourselves that infectious disease is just one aspect of student health for us to be aware of and protect.

Please remember to pack a full and healthy lunch for your child. Part of the BC Curriculum includes educating children on healthy eating choices. Things like candy, soda pop, and potato chips are a fun treat, but they should be consumed rarely. Please take this into consideration when planning your child’s daily meals.
