⚽️ World Cup Walkathon 👟

Our annual Walkathon is back, and this year we’re bringing the excitement of the World Cup to our school community! Students will “take to the field” as they walk, lap by lap, working together toward a shared goal of enhancing our outdoor play spaces and supporting meaningful causes.

Funds raised will help us upgrade our playground with exciting additions like new soccer nets for both fields, a funnel ball game, a volleyball net, a sandbox, and potential outdoor exercise stations, along with improvements to our grass field. These enhancements will create a more active, inclusive, and engaging environment for all students.

In the spirit of teamwork and generosity, a portion of the proceeds will also support our charitable partner, Chalice, and contribute to the parish building fund for the Stella Maris Centre, an important shared space for both our school and parish community.

More Ways to Give
This year, we’re excited to offer families even more convenient ways to support our Walk-a-Thon. In addition to our traditional paper pledge forms (coming home with students tomorrow), families and community members can now donate easily through our new electronic payment option, including credit card payments and bank withdrawals. Supporting our school has never been easier!

Prizes 🎉
We’re adding some fun competition to help build excitement! Every class that raises $3,000 (or $2,000 for Kindergarten) will earn a pizza party to celebrate their teamwork and effort. Even more exciting, the top fundraising class in both the Primary and Intermediate divisions will win a class trip to the movies!
