What's Going on in Grade 5, Episode 5!

Hi, Parents!

The school year is winding down! Can you believe it’s June?

The students have been learning about body systems and Canadian politics. They are campaigning for votes while writing platforms and speeches. Some parties have started making mock websites for their political parties.

They are also taking part in the Knights of Columbus essay contest where students reflect on this year’s theme, Walk with Jesus Our Living Hope. And be sure to check out the wonderful art work of Mary in the video!

We have wrapped up fractions and are soon moving on to probability in Math. Students will get the opportunity to create and play probability games in class.

The world of Science has been busy again! Check out more details in the video as we had a visit from High Touch High Tech as the students continued to learn about body systems.
