Valentine's Day - February 13, 2024

As a school community, we will celebrate Valentine’s Day on February 13, 2024, with a Valentine’s colour non-uniform day.

Why the date change?

This year, Valentine’s Day and Ash Wednesday both fall on February 14th. Since Ash Wednesday is a holy day of prayer, fasting and penance, it’s not an appropriate day for sweets, chocolates and parties.

If you plan to bring Valentine’s cards or treats to school, please do so on February 13th.
