Two Important Events As We Head Into Spring Break

As we head into Spring Break, we wish all of our families a wonderful, restful, and safe holiday. We hope this time provides an opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy special moments together.

We would also like to invite our families to two upcoming community events:

Saturday, March 21 at 7:00 PM – “God’s Forgiving Love” with Fr. Rob Galea
Fr. Rob Galea, a world-renowned speaker, missionary, and musical artist, will present an inspiring evening titled God’s Forgiving Love. Tickets for this event are $25, and all families are encouraged to attend. As an added bonus, families who participate can claim one Parent Participation Program hour by scanning the QR code at the back of the church that evening.

Wednesday, April 22 at 7:00 PM – Screening of Screenagers 2
Star of the Sea Elementary and St. John Paul II Academy will co-host a viewing of the powerful film Screenagers 2 at St. John Paul II Academy. This important film explores the mental health challenges facing young people in the age of social media. Following the screening, we will host a panel of mental health professionals to answer questions and share insights. As a parent of young adults, I can personally attest to the urgency of this topic, and I strongly encourage you to attend. Families who participate can also claim one Parent Participation Program hour by scanning the QR code at the event.
