Supporting My Children in Their Growth – A Workshop for Parents, Grandparents, and Educators
Understanding children can be one of the most rewarding, and challenging, parts of parenting. This summer, we are pleased to share an opportunity for adults who want to deepen their understanding of children and strengthen the relationships that help them flourish.
Supporting My Children in Their Growth is a four-day PRH workshop offered over four Sundays in August and early September. There are no prerequisites, and the workshop is open to parents (including those with adult children), grandparents, and teachers.
Participants will explore how to:
Better understand children and their unique needs
Strengthen relationships with each child
Gain insight into the causes of certain behaviours
Support healthy growth and development into adulthood
Discover what fosters a child’s unique personality and potential
This workshop comes highly recommended for anyone seeking practical tools and deeper insight into supporting the young people in their lives.
Dates: Sundays – August 9, 23, 30, and September 6
Cost: According to a sliding scale of fees
Location: To be announced (in-person workshop)
Registration: Contact Leah Bittante at lbittante2@gmail.com
