Student Led Conferences Wednesday, March 11

Register now for your student-led conference time. Families will have a ½ hour booking with their child’s teacher(s), with times available between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm on Wednesday, March 11. This is an opportunity for your child(ren) to show you their classroom and the work they have done. 

Please note: This time is student-led conference only. As many as 4 families will be in the classroom during each block of time. If you need to speak to the teacher about your child’s progress or a private matter, please email the teacher to set-up an additional, private appointment.

You will be asked to enter your email address, your name, and the number of children for whom you are booking sessions. Please enter your child’s FULL name, as many parents have a last name that is different from their child’s. You will then be asked to choose a grade, a teacher, and a session from the available times listed. Once you have booked your session(s), you will be sent a confirmation email. 

If you do not have internet access, please call the school office, and we would be happy to book for you.

This is a non-instructional day for students but each student and their parent(s) are required to attend their booked session. Children who do not attend will be marked absent for the day.

Childcare will be available in the learning commons for students and siblings aged 3 to 11 during the student-led sessions.
