NOTE:
This SOS Meet is the end of the season for most runners. Competitive runners wanting to be considered for the CISVA Championship Meet on October 1st should continue to come to practices on September 22 and 24.
A small number of students will be invited to continue to the CISVA Championship Team following the SOS Cross Country Meet. Only four boys and four girls from each grade will be selected. Selection is based on attendance, effort at practices, and results from practices and the SOS Meet. Students chosen for the CISVA team will receive a permission form on September 19th.
If your child does not receive a form, it means their cross-country season has finished for this year. We are so proud of the dedication, effort, and teamwork all our students have shown throughout our season.
There is a mandatory final practice for CISVA runners on Friday, September 26. We will go over race strategy and other pertinent details.
The CISVA MEET is on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Swangard Stadium.
