Star of the Sea Cross Country Meet- Sept. 28

SOS MEET is Sept. 28th at SCHOOL

CROSS COUNTRY runners should come to school for 8:55 start, DRESSED for their race! Athletes will stay in class until it is time for their race!

Parents are welcome to come and cheer- please line up along the PARKING LOT side of the Big Field.

An awards ceremony will take place after EACH RACE.

9:15 ALL Grade 6 and 7 (RIBBONS)

9:45 ALL Grade 5 (RIBBONS)

10:55 Grade 4 GIRLS

11: 15 Grade 4 BOYS (RIBBONS)

(LUNCH)

1:10 Grade 3 GIRLS

1: 20 Grade 3 BOYS (RIBBONS)

1:45 Grade 2 GIRLS

2:00 Grade 2 BOYS (RIBBONS)

NOTE:

This SOS Meet is the end of the season for most runners.

A PERMISSION FORM for the CISVA Championship Meet will be sent home for the consistently fastest 3 girls and 3 boys per grade. Attendance and performance at practices, as well as the SOS Meet results, are considered when selecting this year’s team.

There is a MANDATORY final practice for CISVA runners on MONDAY October 3.

The CISVA MEET is on Wednesday October 5th at Swangard Stadium.
