Class Lists for Next Year

The creation of class lists is an important and challenging task for the staff of the school. We take into account the academic, social, and emotional needs of students. Countless hours of hard work and care go into the creation of class lists.

If you feel it necessary to provide more information to the staff as they work on these lists, please follow the instructions below.

As always, parents are welcome to provide information about their child that may help in this process (formative experiences, strengths, challenges, needs etc…). Please keep your comments about your child, not specific teachers or other students.

It is not necessary to complete this form. Only do so if you feel personally compelled to do so.

Click on this link to complete a Google Form to enter the information you wish to share.

Please join me in thanking our outgoing staff members and welcoming the new.

Sincerely,

Mr. Jason Borkowski

Principal
