Parish 100th Anniversary Celebration

Help to ensure our Parish 100th Anniversary Celebration is a success this weekend. Volunteers are needed to help set up tables and chairs in the school gym on Saturday, April 27 from 7pm to 9pm.

School BBQ - Thursday, June 6

We are very excited to host our annual school family BBQ on Thursday, June 6. The success of this event is dependent on our wonderful parent volunteers. There are numerous ways to volunteer, from set-up, take down, leading the volunteers during the event, or donating baked goods for dessert.

Star of the Sea Parish Golf Tournament

The organizing committee is looking for volunteers for the following roles:

  • Gift wrapping auction items

  • Auction Item Transportation and Registration

  • Hole-in-One Watchers

Important Reminders for Parent Volunteers

A reminder to all volunteers to please ensure they check in / out with the office iPad for every scheduled shift. If you fail to check in / out, you will be considered a “No Show” and will not receive credit for your shift.

If you are unable to fulfill your volunteer shift, please ensure you notify the office so that the shift can be released to other school families.

Please remember to check ON Volunteer regularly as new events and shifts are added once details are confirmed.
