PPP Opportunity - Gala 2026

Planning for our 2026 School Gala is well underway, and we're excited about what promises to be a wonderful evening of community, celebration, and support for our school. As preparations continue, we are seeking a few parents to fill key roles on our Gala Committee. This is a great way to fulfill PPP hours and meet other parents.

Campaign Website Administrator

We're looking for a volunteer to set up and manage our gala's online fundraising platform. Responsibilities include configuring the event website, uploading tickets, sponsorship opportunities, and auction items, ensuring a seamless user experience, and supporting the gala team with updates and reporting. If you enjoy detail-oriented work and are comfortable with technology, this is a great opportunity to make a significant impact behind the scenes.

Sponsorship Lead

Help us build partnerships with local businesses and community supporters. The Sponsorship Lead will prepare sponsorship materials, reach out to potential sponsors, coordinate recognition and benefits, and maintain communication with sponsors throughout the event cycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and community engagement.

Volunteer Coordinator (Event Day)

We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to oversee volunteers on the day of the Gala, Friday, November 14. This individual will work closely with committee chairs to identify volunteer needs, coordinate schedules, communicate responsibilities, and ensure volunteers are supported throughout the event.

Procurement Team Members

We are also looking for two additional Acquisition Team members to assist with procuring donations for our silent and live auctions. This may include reaching out to local businesses, following up on donation requests, and helping secure exciting auction items that contribute to the success of the evening.
