Parent Teacher Conference - Wednesday, November 9

Parent Teacher conferences will be in person, on Wednesday, November 9 from 8am-8pm. Homeroom teachers and specialists (Ms. Gaspar, Mme. Laflamme, Mr. Band and Dr. Milosevic) will be available to book appointments. This is a NON-INSTRUCTIONAL DAY (no school) for students, but please be aware students will be recorded absent if a parent/guardian does not meet with their teacher.

A few reminders when booking:

  • Please enter your FULL NAME and EMAIL

  • Please enter the student’s FULL NAME - some students do not have the same last name as their parents

  • Once you have selected your preferred appointment time and completed the sign up, you will receive a confirmation email

  • There will be childcare available by donation, during your appointment time in the Learning Commons for any children aged 3 and over. Please sign your child(ren) in prior to your appointment and sign out immediately after.

Appointment booking will close on Tuesday, November 8. If you need to make a change to your appointment after the system closes, please contact the school office 604-531-6316.
