Parent Teacher Conference - Thursday, November 25

This year we will be offering parent/teacher interviews on Thursday, November 25 virtually via google meets from 8am-noon/6-8pm or in person from 1-5pm. Teachers and specialists (except the Learning Support Team) will be available to book appointments. This is a NON-INSTRUCTIONAL DAY (no school) for students.

Please select your preferred option below, and complete the form by entering your full name and name of your child, your preferred phone number and email.  Please put your child’s FULL name (ie. Joe Smith as many parents have a last name that is different from their child’s). You will then choose the grade and teacher and select your preferred time slot from the available appointment times.  Once you have made your selections you will be sent a confirmation email.

If signing up for a VIRTUAL appointment, please retain your confirmation email as this contains the Google Meeting Link.

If signing up for IN PERSON appointment, please note access to the classroom will be via the outside classroom doors.  Masks are mandatory and doors will be kept open for air circulation.  Please ensure you are on-time and keep to the 10 minute time limit out of courtesy for others.

Appointment booking will close on Tuesday, November 23. If you need to make a change to your appointment after the system closes, please contact the school office 604-531-6316.
