Parents of Star of the Sea School,

The creation of class lists is an important and challenging task for the staff of the school.  We take into account the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.  Countless hours of hard work and care go into the creation of class lists.

As always, parents are welcome to provide information about their child that may help in this process (formative experiences, strengths, challenges, needs etc…).  Please keep your comments about your child only, not specific teachers or other students.

Requests for specific teachers or classmates are not eligible for consideration.

It is not necessary to complete this form.  Only do so if you feel personally compelled to do so.
