Light & Sound Scientist Visit

Check out some of the cool stuff we got up to with the scientist!

We were SO EXCITED to have “Cosmic Karen” in our classroom to share several different experiments to teach us about Light and Sound. We learned the words “transparent” “translucent” and “opaque” and used a flashlight to test different materials. We even practised seeing light spectrums by looking through a prism and also making sound waves with a slinky and playing on a Theremin (sound waves instrument). What a science-spectacular day!
