An Invitation to Spiritual Growth Opportunities
Dear Parents,
When you chose a Catholic education for your child, you made a beautiful commitment to their intellectual, moral, and spiritual growth. Every day in our classrooms, your children are learning about God’s love, discovering the power of prayer, and exploring what it means to live as a disciple of Christ.
But as the Church beautifully reminds us, you are your child’s very first and most influential teacher in the faith. Children learn how to love, forgive, and pray not just from textbooks, but by watching the adults they look up to most.
We want to invite you to walk this spiritual journey not just beside your children, but with them. Deepening your own faith alongside your child doesn’t require you to have all the answers or theological degrees. It begins in the quiet, everyday moments of family life.
We warmly invite you to join us in making faith a shared family adventure this year through a few simple steps:
• Talk about what they are learning: Ask your child what they discussed in religion class—wonder out loud together about their questions.
• Pray together in simple ways: A quick blessing on their forehead before school, a prayer of gratitude before meals, or a moment of reflection at bedtime can ground your whole family in God's peace.
• Join our school liturgies: Your presence at our school Masses and seasonal prayer services means the world to your children. Seeing you receive the Eucharist and participate in worship builds a foundation that lasts a lifetime.
• Grow your own understanding: As your children grow, their questions will change. We invite you to explore the faith formation resources and small-group opportunities we offer for parents throughout the school year.
Take a look below at all the opportunities for spiritual growth being offered this year at our school and parish. Our school community is not just a place of academic excellence; we are a spiritual family. We are here to support you, pray for you, and walk with you as you lead your home in faith. Thank you for partnering with us, and for the incredible gift of your children.
Sincerely,
Mr. Borkowski
