IMPORTANT Reminders about BBQ/AGM Tomorrow

We are very excited about our Community BBQ/AGM tomorrow.

Schedule:

6pm AGM begins in Church

6:30pm AGM ends, families make their way to the BBQ in front of the school

8pm BBQ ends, school doors closed, cleanup begins, volunteers needed to help cleanup

Important Reminders:

This event is on rain or shine.

Please bring blankets and chairs for sitting outside. If you have a large umbrella or foldable shelter that may help too.

Food service begins at 6:30pm, but with 750 guests, expect delays. Families may wish to walk through the school and grab free donuts before dinner to avoid long lines.

Parents are responsible for minding their own children at all times.

The gym will have some seating available for indoor dining.
