Dress Like a Saint Day - October 30
Get ready to celebrate the saints! On Dress Like a Saint Day, students are invited to learn about and honour the holy men and women who inspire us through their faith, courage, kindness, and love for God.
Students who choose to participate may come to school dressed as a saint of their choice. We encourage students to get creative and think beyond a simple robe! Costumes might include recognizable symbols, accessories, or details that represent their chosen saint’s life and story. For example, students might carry a rosary, hold a book, wear a crown, or include another item that reflects the saint they are portraying.
Not sure which saint to choose? This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about a new saint and discover how they followed Jesus in their own unique way.
Participation is optional. Students who prefer not to dress as a saint should wear their regular school uniform.
We look forward to celebrating the saints together!
