CISVA Spelling Bee - Sign-Up Extended

Our school will be participating in the CISVA Spelling Bee, a fun academic program that promotes literacy and lifelong learning for students in Grades 4-7.

If your child would like to participate in the program, please complete the permission form below by Sunday February 22, 2026. 

Competition Details 

There will be two Spelling Bees held at the school level: 

• Written Bee for all participants: Mar 12, 2026

• Verbal Bee for our top ten finalists: Apr 9, 2026

The top speller for our school will advance to the CISVA finals on Apr 28, 2026 (location TBA).

Practices: 

Practices will be held at lunch on Thursdays from 12-12:30 (bring lunch) 

• February 19 - practice word list will be provided 

• February 26 

• March 5

• March 12 

• Tuesday, April 7 - Top ten practice
